Lingyi katz, Co-founder
As Co-Founder of Nexus Global Consulting, Lingyi offers 15+ years of Fortune 500 expertise, notably as Executive Director in one of the Big Four banks in the United States, enhancing risk management and corporate strategy through M&A, strategic planning, and business execution, including large scale projects that involved $20 billion M&A transaction and impacted portfolios totaling $55 billion in assets.
Lingyi earned a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA, topping her class and winning numerous awards, and an MBA from the University of Colorado, focusing on corporate strategy. Her BA from Dalian University of Foreign Languages was accompanied by presidency of the Student Union and a TEM8 certificate, highlighting her English proficiency.
Actively involved in community and nonprofit work, she co-founded and serves on the board of the Southern California Chinese Association, and holds director roles in the Liaoning Chamber of Commerce USA and previously the Colorado Chinese Chamber of Commerce, significantly fostering Sino-American relations.
